It's difficult to quote for this without knowing what you have in mind.
The time it will take me depends on many things, including the type and depth of the project, the level of research needed and my own familiarity with that area, any graphics or illustrations needed, along with your own availability for interview.
A book of between 75,000 and 90,000 words will take around six or seven months to write. It will cost between £35,000 and £50,000.
A book proposal, useful for selling your story to agents and publisher, will take me between one and two months, and it willl cost between £5,000 and £10,000.

A TV screenplay of one hour will take around three months, and will cost between £25,000 and £35,000.
A movie script of between seventy to one hundred minutes will take around six months and cost between £40,000 to £60,000.
Treatments, pitch decks and other pitching documents will need to be discussed, but should cost between £5,000 to £15,000. There may be additional fees for visual/graphics designers.
I can also do rewrites or polishes of existing scripts or pitching documents. Please contact me to discuss. I'd need to read what you have before I could comment.

Once again, the fee will depend on how expensive an editor and designer you choose, the quality of the printing you need, and the size and complexity of the book, but the price for this kind of all-inclusive package will probably end up somewhere between £3,000 to £10,000.
